The Sanctuary at Rocky Creek

The Sanctuary at Rocky Creek is located near shopping and with quick access into the city, The Sanctuary was designed to be a retreat from the busy outside world. With large, wooded areas and wetland constraints on the property, the plan for the units and building layouts focused on the interaction of the natural landscapes while maximizing the number of units the site could sustain without feeling crowded. The project size includes 23 townhome units, offering both a 3-plex and 4-plex building. We also designed two different unit configurations and floor plans for each of the buildings. The units were designed in a way that promotes construction efficiency and ensures that the home is built to a residential building code. The design of the units focused on space usage, movement throughout the home and high-end finishes and products for every member of a family to enjoy, while maintaining a contemporary exterior design. Visualization services provided the client an understanding of the feel of the spaces as well as the ability to market prior to breaking ground.
