Located in Ruskin, the beautiful Waterset Community consists of a mixture of home types and amenities. Working with Lennar, DSA developed a twenty-two-foot-wide townhome product that fit the neighborhood aesthetic and functionality. With rear loaded detached garages, the townhomes function more like the single-family homes in the neighborhood with alley access. These units also feature large open floor plans and flex spaces.
