Lennar West End
The West End area, located in the rapidly growing urban core of West Tampa, is aiming to bring a dense population to the city’s center. The West End Townhomes by Lennar line the east edge of the development, mixing seamlessly with the single-family homes across one street, and the larger apartment communities across the other. Design Styles Architecture worked with Lennar to create large residential offerings in an urban setting that rival some of the single-family homes in the area. The 2,400 square foot units feature unique rear loaded two-car garages with alley access, street side entries with front porches and balconies, and three living levels per home. Just a short drive from downtown they offer great views of the skyline from the east balconies.
