Downtown Tampa Mixed Use
Our team was selected to develop a new mixed-use project located in east downtown Tampa. The project incorporates several amenities including an all-new grocery store, retail shops, and more than 100 additional residential units. The project was designed to reconnect the city street grid, restore the urban fabric and recreate a vital mixed use urban neighborhood with a strong sense of community. The building is a tribute to the historical and present day culture of the community by recognizing the tremendous influence African American music has had on the City of Tampa, the Nation, and the World.
