McIlwain Dental Specialists
DSA provided full architectural services and interior design for the new McIlwain Dental Specialists office location in Tampa, FL. The design team was tasked with creating a mixed-use building with the dental office space on the second floor, and 2,400 SF shell commercial space on the first floor. The commercial shell space provided an opportunity for building owners to create tenant office or retail spaces. The second-floor dental office houses reception, a large treatment bay, private treatment rooms, a private office, hygiene rooms, a brushing station, sterilization station, and lab. Our interiors and architecture team worked together to create a seamless, contemporary office design.
