Andy Dohmen, AIA, NCARB
Principal + CEO
As founder of DSA in 1998, Andy’s extensive experience interpreting technical information and managing complex projects provides the strong basis and necessary leadership to transform new plans, or the ordinary and dated, into innovative design solutions. With 25 plus years in the architectural industry, Andy has been the registered Architect on over 3000 new construction/remodeling/renovation projects including a broad spectrum of architectural challenges in projects from 100 to 100,000 square feet. Licensed in 12 states, Andy maintains affiliations with the AIA, NCARB, USGBC, and the Florida Green Building Coalition.
Principal + COO
Serving as a firm principal since 2011, Chief Operating Officer Jason has played a significant role in the overall development of the firm. With over two decades of management and project delivery experience he has worked with 4 fortune 500 companies in various industries. including Manufacturing, Banking, and Professional services. On a day to day basis, Jason focuses on the financial position of the firm, oversees company sales and operations efforts, and assists the management team with daily activities.
Jenny Callahan, AIA
Principal + Director of Architecture
A Design Styles Architecture team member since 2007, Principal and Director of Architecture Jenny provides design leadership and guidance to our architectural teams to produce designs and associated deliverables in a holistic manner. Her primary goal is to continually ensure that DSA maintains the highest technical standards and level of service and quality. When she’s not meeting with clients or working through a design with the team, Jenny enjoys playing soccer and doing home projects.
Principal + Director of HR & Accounting
A Design Styles Architecture team member since 2006, Principal and Director of HR and Accounting Keira handles all accounting and human resources functions for the firm. Her attention to detail keeps the firm running on a day to day basis, making sure all I’s are dotted and all T’s are crossed. With her passion for people, Keira’s primary goal is to create a positive working environment that keeps our team members happy. When she’s not conducting interviews or invoicing clients, Keira and her family enjoy music, food, and traveling whenever possible.
Alex Andreakos, LEED AP
Principal + Director of Business Development
A Design Styles Architecture team member since 2011, Principal and Director of Business Development Alex manages the firm’s business development, marketing, and client relations. Additionally, Alex serves as director of all architectural visualization, immersive technologies, and interactive design tools. His primary goal is to develop the strategies for each market segment within the firm through research, outreach, and relationship development. When he’s not creating new connections for the firm or vetting the newest project, Alex enjoys watching movies and TV, playing video games, making music, and building furniture.
A Design Styles Architecture team member since 2002, Systems Manager Craig handles all things related to IT, CAD/BIM Management, and general office maintenance. His primary goal is to help team members resolve issues, while continually finding new and more efficient ways of operating. When he’s not putting out the latest IT fire, Craig enjoys cycling, woodworking, traveling, history, shooting sports.
A Design Styles Architecture team member since 2021, Department Manager Justin oversees the home builder department, including business development of all home builder projects. His primary goal is to ensure project work is being completed, and that the team has all the information and materials in order to do so effectively and efficiently. When he’s not meeting with prospects, or attending industry meetings, Justin enjoys traveling, going to the beach, and most of all, spending time with his family.
A Design Styles Architecture team member since 2004, Department Manager Grady manages all projects, billings, designs, and production of our Residential Remodel division. Grady’s passion for both design and real estate development gives him a unique perspective on projects. When he’s not designing his newest remodel project, Grady enjoys ziplining, golfing, biking, volleyball, tennis, basketball, and most of all…playing with his son.
Shelly Strange, AIA, NCARB
A Design Styles Architecture team member since 2018, Senior Department Manager Shelly oversees commercial projects. For each of her projects, Shelly is responsible for taking them from design to construction, including budgeting and scheduling. Her primary goal is to create environments that are functional and exciting for the client to experience. When she’s not meeting with clients or writing specifications, Shelly enjoys a number of hobbies, including spending time with her dog, Scuba Diving, Volunteering, and Snowboarding.
Richard Peebles, AIA
Quality Control Manager
A Design Styles Architecture team member since 2022, Quality Control Manager Richard assists the residential team in developing projects and reviews all project documents before they are issued. Richard’s careful eye helps him to quickly and efficiently review anything from drawing sets, to building codes, to project specifications and details. When he’s not reviewing drawing sets, or answering building code questions, Richard enjoys spending time with his wife and their dogs, calligraphy, and backpacking.
Jim Fisher, AIA
Senior Project Manager
A Design Styles Architecture team member since 2011, Senior Project Manager Jim oversees commercial projects from design to construction completion, including design development, zoning and code research, formatting drawings, and more. His primary goal is to create a built environment that not only satisfies the client’s vision, but even goes beyond it. When he’s not formatting drawings or developing building details, Jim enjoys playing the guitar and producing artwork.
A Design Styles Architecture team member since 2020, Project Manager Jesse does production work in our home builder department. His primary goal is to process and review the portfolio of designs for our large-scale builder clients. When he’s not preparing work orders or scheduling production, Jesse enjoys doing projects around the house, traveling, relaxing time on the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
A Design Styles Architecture team member since 2012, Project Manager John does production work for the larger scale projects in our home builder department. His primary goal is to produce projects for our home builder clients that accurate, efficient, and beautifully designed. When he’s not working on a commercial remodel, or producing the latest home builder project, John enjoys carpentry, additive and subtractive manufacturing, and collecting tools.
Rahkeem Chisholm, LEED AP BD+C
A Design Styles Architecture team member since 2018, Project Manager Rahkeem works with the commercial team to make intelligible sound-minded project decisions that help facilitate the building design process. He also produces constructible code-compliant building plans and micromanages various commercial projects. When he’s not researching building codes or creating the newest drawing, Rahkeem enjoys running, reading, and most of all – relaxing.
Weina Jiang, AIA
Assistant Project Manager
A Design Styles team member since 2017, Assistant Project Manager Weina works with the commercial team applies the phases of our project process to commercial projects, with a heavy focus on preparing construction documents. As a commercial architect, Weina spends every day in the world of building codes and building and technology classifications – and enjoys every minute of it. Her meticulous nature helps her to complete each process she tackles with accuracy, contributing to the overall success of the project. When she’s not preparing construction documents or researching building codes, Weina enjoys reading and hiking. She also grows her very own orchids!
Assistant Project Manager
A Design Styles Architecture team member since 2019, Assistant Project Manager Jerrylyn manages the team’s custom residential projects. She facilitates each custom home project, ensuring that the projects are completed on time and on budget. Her primary goal is to honor the vision of the client, while also adhering to design principles. When she’s not meeting with clients or collaborating on a home design, Jerrylyn enjoys spending quality time with her friends, family and dogs, shopping, and restoring antiques and vintage furniture.
Design Associate III
A Design Styles Architecture team member since 2020, Design Associate Rosy is responsible for conducting interiors programming efforts for all client projects. Her primary goal is to develop innovative designs and concepts that are aesthetic, practical, safe, and conducive to intended functions and purposes which are reflective of our clients’ vision, while staying in budget. When she’s not working on the latest interiors project, Rosy enjoys doing projects around the house, exploring new places with her family, and trying out new restaurants.
Design Associate III
A Design Styles Architecture team member since 2022, Design Associate Julia does production work for clients in our Commercial department. Her primary goal is to produce quality construction drawings for our builder clients with the highest attention to detail. When she’s not reviewing engineering drawings or producing the latest Revit model, Julia enjoys spending digital and acrylic painting, and exploring the United States.
Design Associate III
A Design Styles Architecture team member since 2022, Design Associate Maria participates in the conceptual design and provides full support through the entire project. Her primary goal is to assist in setting up builder plans. Coordinates with Director / Department Head on appropriate technical solutions and product strategies. When she is not working on production work , Maria enjoys spending time with her pets, and drawing pencil and charcoal portraits.
Design Associate I
A Design Styles Architecture team member since 2020, Design Associate Cierra works with the team to create plans for our luxury home department. Her primary goal is to assist in creating construction documents and 3D models for remodel homes. When she’s not 3D modeling different design options, or drafting structural details, Cierra enjoys exploring Florida’s nature and spending quality time with her husband, son, and two cats.
Design Associate I
A Design Styles Architecture team member since 2022, Design Associate Christian maintains production schedules for a variety of our home builder projects. His primary goal is to promote open communication with the design team while executing design changes and construction documents. When he’s not completing plan corrections or fulfilling the latest print order, Christian enjoys exploring new places with his family, playing soccer, read-listen-and-write, and designing his family's future residence.
A Design Styles Architecture team member since 2019, Marketing Coordinator Dionne promotes internal and external communications and aids in maintaining and creating the organizational systems of the firm. Her primary goal is to continually build a brand that promotes and supports the extraordinary work that our designers and architects do day in and day out. When she’s not curating content, or perfecting the next project proposal, Dionne enjoys traveling and curling up with a good book.
A Design Styles Architecture team member since 2015, Administrative Assistant Kim keeps the office running. She greets everyone on the phone and anyone who comes through the door and helps out the team wherever needed. Her cheerful nature ensures that there are always happy faces in the office, whether it’s a client, vendor, or part of the team. When she’s not answering the phone, or coordinating the next lunch and learn, Kim enjoys tending to her garden, especially her orchids, and spending time with Andy and their dog, Murphy.
A Design Styles Architecture team member since 2022, Executive Assistant Bri is a key part of the sales and administrative team. Her primary goal is to support the internal sales coordination and project coordination processes, all while maintaining a stellar prospective client experience. When she’s not discussing potential projects, or writing up a new sales contract, Bri enjoys spending time with her family.
