Park Avenue Remodel
Our team remodeled this 2-story, 2,900 single family home into a spacious entertainment-centered paradise. The homeowner's goal was to retain the look of his coastal transitional farmhouse while creating a more open floor plan. Another key component of the renovation included expanding the home to the empty adjacent lot to create a covered breezeway and storage room connecting to the existing detached garage.
The existing first floor living space was enlarged to include a new bonus room complete with a golf simulator, pool bath, and game room. The primary bedroom was expanded to include a sitting room facing the backyard. The second floor added a new loft space with living area, study, two bedrooms, and one full bathroom.
