Crosstree Capital
DSA provided Interior Design services for this Downtown Tampa office buildout. The Crosstree Capital team desired an open office concept with breakout spaces for collaboration, as well as private offices and conference rooms. The idea was to create an open, welcoming space where clients and employees could feel at ease. To promote this, our design team created a theme of natural materials paired with earth tones throughout the office. This theme was combined with modern lighting and textures to create a calming environment that caters to productivity. The use of space planning and glass walls promotes natural light throughout the office, furthering the open feel. A large breakroom with views of the outside provides a space for employees to relax and engage with colleagues.
