Renovations Begin at UT for McKay Hall

McKay Hall is one of the oldest dormitory buildings on the University of Tampa’s campus and is undergoing an extensive renovation.  Design Styles Architecture is providing design and contract administration services for the project on a fast track timeline.  It currently houses 194 students and has excellent views of downtown Tampa, the Riverwalk, and the Hillsborough River.  Once finished it will have completely updated finishes, bathrooms, and new covered outdoor patio – in addition to the best access of any residence hall to the downtown area.  The project is slated to be complete in time for the Spring 2015 semester.  Read more about the renovations HERE.
