Project Description

Located on beautiful Coffee Pot Bayou in St. Petersburg, Florida, this home is a reflection of its owners in style, form, and function. Designed in the Spanish Mediterranean or Hacienda style, this home is distinct within its neighborhood. One of the home’s defining features is the entry “turret” that ushers guests into the home and functions as a water wall and backdrop for the pool. Once inside the home, high ceilings and intricate beam details define the main living space. The second floor holds all four bedrooms, four bathrooms, large game room with wet bar, and covered lanais overlooking the pool. The home also received and an Energy Star Certification and anticipates LEED Silver Certification.
