IMT Boot Ranch

Project Type

Commercial Remodel

Location

Palm Harbor, FL

Project Description

Design Styles Architecture worked with IMT Residential to create a new and contemporary look for their Boot Ranch amenities center in Palm Harbor, Florida. This renovation reconfigured the spaces for the leasing office, community kitchen, administrative offices, leasing desk, and the business center into more functional and aesthetically appealing spaces. The dated ceilings and interiors were updated to create a contemporary sleek look with ceiling details that double as focal points. The main amenities space was reconfigured to remove existing booth seating and rustic features and to update that space with a visually stunning feature wall and entertainment center with raw-wood cladding floor to ceiling. DSA also worked closely with IMT to select all of the finishes, furniture, and final staging to complete the finished look of the space. The design team also reworked their existing fitness space to create better flow and a more functional space for residents.
