University of Tampa Central Energy Plant
DSA was asked to provide building assessment and construction document services for a new 77,500 SF central energy plant to accommodate for future expansion on the University of Tampa Campus. It was important to the university that the plant was not only functional, but also spoke to the overall aesthetic language of the campus. The building is located at a major entrance to the University and its relationship with the general public was a critical factor.
