Saint Leo University Benedict's Coffee Shop
Design Styles Architecture was engaged to renovate an existing structure of approximately 2,500 SF which was housing the campus mail room and post office. The renovated structure is now an asset to the campus embracing the quadrangle and acting as a student and faculty hub with seating for approximately 94. The Coffee shop is branded as a "We Proudly Serve Starbucks" location and is operated by the campus food service department. DSA worked closely with the University representatives, to select equipment, finishes and to provide a quality flexible community space for student and faculty use.
