A Chat With...Justin Nieman, Department Manager

We sat down with Justin for a snapshot of what he does on a day to day basis, the why behind his passion for Architecture, and a little bit of fun along the way.

Q: What does a typical day look like for you?

A: Every day presents its own challenges, which makes my day anything but typical. Shifting focus to where it is needed to help achieve goals and meet timelines is my day’s primary focus. I get the opportunity to create proposals, provide design review comments, and provide final quality checks on projects.

Q: What do you most like about your job?

A: I love problem solving and working on solutions to gain efficiency. Whether it is helping to plan out delivery dates for projects or provide design solutions, working to achieve results is what I like best about my job.

Q: What is your favorite architectural style?

A: Moving to Florida has really helped grow my appreciation for Coastal elevation designs. From metal roofs to brackets, everything that goes into helping to create designs that incorporate a light, clean look complements the overall coastal beauty of Florida.

Q: What do you do in your spare time?

A: I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family. It probably goes without saying living in Florida, but I love the beach.
