Phase I of the Palm Apartments at the University of Tampa is now complete. Students began moving into the newest dormitory for the spring 2015 semester. Phase I of the project replaced the original Res Com building’s C wing – which housed 87 students – with beds for over 200 students. When the complex is complete there will be over 500 student beds, study lounges on every floor, and large shared outdoor living room. Phase II is slated begin in the next year.
